Heritage Decorative Artists of Southeast Michigan is a group of members with a variety of skills in painting who meet bi-monthly at the Westfield Center, 2700 Westfield Rd., (just off West Rd.) in Trenton.  We are a “Chapter” of the Society of Decorative Painters based in Wichita, Kansas.

We love getting together sharing ideas, new techniques, and the fun that painting can bring into our lives.  Our membership consists of all levels of painters from beginning students through advanced teachers.  We occasionally host seminars, enjoy painting together as a group after meetings, and at other times, we learn by watching demos conducted by other members.  So yes, we do grow as artists within our club.  There are many other benefits to belonging to H.D.A. but the most important is the bond of new friendships that are constantly forming as we welcome new members.
